Brooms history1918 – Incorporation

1925 – Facility on Seattle waterfront

1951 – The Boeing Company Contract

1964 – Lighthouse merges with Handcrest, Inc.

1967 – Moved to current facility in South Seattle

1972 – First Deaf-Blind employee hired

1978 – First Deaf-Blind Retreat

1999 – First Base Supply Center (BSC) opens

2008 – Second facility, INL, opens in Spokane, Washington

2010 – Contract Management Services open in San Diego, CA and Contact Center established in Seattle

2013 – INL Expansion Groundbreaking
